Known for a strong student-centered approach that emphasizes cognitive development, behavioral guidance, and social growth. Demonstrates a proven ability to design and lead pastoral systems, mentor teachers, and collaborate with boards, PTAs, and the wider school community.

Khawla combines deep pedagogical knowledge with curriculum innovation, particularly in vocabulary and literature instruction. She has been recognized with an “Outstanding” lesson rating by DSIB (2012–2013) and earned a score of 8/9 on the Al Ain Arabic Proficiency Test in the same year. Her authored story for Grade 10 was adopted into the curriculum at King’s Academy. A contributing columnist to Sawaleif website and a speaker at the 2017 Teacher Skills Forum, Khawla continues to influence educational discourse regionally.
